Experimental Studies on Antagonistic Effects of Spore of Ganoderma Lucidum on Side-effects Induced by CP

Objective To study antagonistic effects of spore of ganoderma lucidum on sid-eeffects induced by CP.Methods Mice treated with CP were given simultaneously spore of ganoderma lucidum at doses of 20,80,320mg/kg,and swimming time,phagocytosis,Hb and SGPT were then detected.Results The decreases of endurance,haemoglobin,phagocytic activity of mononuclear phagocytic system and the increase of SGPT caused by CP in mice were inhibited obviously by spore of ganoderma lucidum.Conclusion Spore of ganoderma lucidum has a protective effect on side-effects induced by CP.
