广东汉族人群谷胱甘肽硫转移酶A1基因多态性

Genetic polymorphism of glutathione S-transferas A1 in healthy Han population of Guangdong province

      目的   探讨广东健康汉族人群谷胱甘肽硫转移酶A1(hGSTA1)基因多态性的分布。
      方法   采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)检测217名广东健康汉族人hGSTA1基因型。
      结果   GSTA1基因野生型纯合子(GSTA1*A/*A)分布频率为76.0%(165/217), 突变型纯合子(GSTA1*B/*B)为2.8%(6/217), 突变型杂合子(GSTA1*A/*B)为21.2%(46/217);GSTA1基因多态性的性别分布差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。
      结论   广东健康汉族人群GSTA1基因多态性分布与日本人相似, 但与美国白人、美国黑人存在差异。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To investigate the distribution of glutathione-S-transferase A1(GSTA1)gene polymorphism in Han population of Guangdong.
      Methods   The genotypes of GSTA1 in 217 Han people were detected by PCR-RFLP.
      Results   The GSTA1 genotype frequency for types of A*/*A, B*/*B and A*/*B were 76.0%(165/217), 2.8%(6/217)and 21.2%(46/217), respectively.There were no statistical differences between that of males and females(P > 0.05).
      Conclusion   The GSTA1 gene polymorphism in Guangdong Han population is similar to that in Japanese population, but significantly different form that in America white and black.
