工作场所中铟及其化合物ICP-AES测定方法

Determination of Indium and compounds in workplace air by ICP-AES

  • 摘要:
      目的  建立工作场所空气中铟及其化合物的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定方法。
      方法  按照《车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范》的要求进行实验室实验。
      结果  铟的浓度在0.1~50 μg/mL范围时, 线性相关系数良好, r=0.9999, 方法最低检出限为0.02μg/ml, 对浓度为3.0 μg/ml、5.0 μg/ml的配制样品, 测定方法相对标准偏差为0.76 %~1.89 %, 回收率为99.1 %~101%, 样品平均采样效率为98.6 %, 方法各项指标均达到《车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范》的要求, 适用于工作场所空气中铟及其化合物的现场检测。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To estabish a method of microware dissolution and ICP-AES for determianation of Indium and compounds in workplace air.
      Methods  This method was based on "standardization of methods for determination of to xic substance in workplace air".
      Results  Range of Indium curve were 0.1~50 μg/mL. Detection limit was 0.02 μg/mL, Precision (RSD) were 0.76%~1.89% for Indium concentration of 3.0 μg/mL and 5.0 μg/mL.Recoveries of spiked samples were in the range of 97.0 %~109.0 %.Average collectio nefficiencies was 98.6 %.
      Conclusion  The method meets the requirement of "Standardization of methods for determination of to xic substances in workplace air".It is suitable for determination of Indium and compounds in workplace air.
