军人自我和谐与总体幸福感及其关系的研究

Study on subjective self consistency and congruence and general well-being and their relationship in soldiers

摘要:
目的考察青年军人自我和谐、总体幸福感的特点及其关系。
方法以重庆某部263名军人为被试对象, 采用《自我和谐量表》和《总体幸福感量表》进行定量调查。
结果 (1) 不同文化程度的军人在自我和谐总分以及自我灵活性上差异有统计学意义; (2)在总体幸福感上, 不同军龄的军人差异有统计学意义; (3)自我和谐总分及各因子与总体幸福感体验均存在显著相关; 自我与经验的不和谐、自我灵活性对总体幸福感有显著的回归效应。
结论军人自我和谐及幸福感总体水平良好, 但存在不同文化程度、军龄及不同家庭背景的差异。部队应该加强青年军人的心理健康教育。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the basic condition of subjective self consistency and congruence and general well-being and to analyze their relationship.
Methods 263 soldiers in Chong-qing were investigated to complete the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS)and General Well-Being Schedule(GWB).
Results There were notable difference in SCC positively correlated with GWB; Some factors of SCC had significant direct effects on the GWB.
Conclusion The level of soldiers' SCCC and GWB was in order and the army should strengthen the education of psychology health.
