纯净水对大鼠肝脏LDL-R基因表达的影响

Effect of purified water on hepatic expression of LDL-R in rats

      目的   观察饮用纯净水及加镁纯净水对大鼠肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)基因表达的影响, 探讨纯净水致血脂异常的作用机制。
      方法   健康Wistar大鼠60只, 随机分为自来水组(对照组)、纯净水组和加镁纯净水组(纯净水+0.5g/LMgSO4, 7H2O), 每组20只, 雌雄各半。大鼠饲养至6个月时处死, 取肝脏用RTPCR法检测肝脏LDLR mRNA表达量。
      结果   饮用纯净水可使大鼠肝脏LDLRmRNA表达水平有下降趋势, 但差异无统计学意义; 加镁纯净水组大鼠肝脏LDLRmRNA表达水平, 比单纯饮用纯净水组有上升趋势, 但差异无统计学意义。
      结论   观察期内饮用纯净水及加镁纯净水对大鼠肝脏LDLRmRNA表达水平无显著影响。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To investigate the effect of purified water on hepatic expression of low density lipo profein receptor (LDLR)in rats.
      Methods   60 male and female Wistar rats were equally randomized into 3 groups 〔tap water group(TW), pur ified water group(PW)and purified water+MgSO4 group(PW+Mg)〕, Levels of hepatic LDLR mRNA were examined by RTPCR after 6 months treatment.
      Results   Compared with the TW(control group), a decrease trend in LDLR of gene expression in PW and an increase trend in LDLR of gene expression in PW+Mg which compared with the PW were observed, but no differences were seen among all groups.
      Conclusion   Compared with the TW(control group), drinking PW group and PW+Mg group did not obviously affect the levels of hepat ic LDLR mRNA in rats.
