稀土对小鼠卵母细胞成熟和孤雌活化的影响

Effect of rare earth on maturation and parthenogenetic activation of mouse oocytes

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨稀土对小鼠卵母细胞发育、成熟和孤雌活化的影响, 以评价稀土的生殖毒性。
      方法   以不同剂量的混合稀土连续10d腹腔注射, 超数排卵处理后收集小鼠卵母细胞, 氯化锶孤雌活化处理, 倒置显微镜下观察统计。
      结果   400mg/(kg·d)以上的稀土处理对超排卵数、活卵数、成熟卵数和孤雌活化率均存在不同程度的影响。
      结论   一定剂量的稀土对小鼠卵母细胞发育、成熟和孤雌活化具有明显抑制作用, 提示稀土可能对动物和人的生殖细胞发育和受精等产生毒性。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To evaluate the repr oductive toxicity of rare earth(RE).The effects of RE on development, maturation and parthenogenetic activation of mouse oocytes were studied.
      Methods   The mice were injected with mixed RE for 10 days.After superovulation, mouse oocytes were collected and were activated with SrCl2.
      Results   Treatments with RE exceeded 400mg/(kg·d)made extremely marked effects on the quantity or rate of living oocytes, maturation oocytes, and activated oocytes.
      Conclusion   RE beyond a certain dose obviously inhibifed the development, maturation and parthenogenetic activation of mouse oocytes, which implied that RE made reproductive to xicity on development of germ cells and fertilization in mammals and human being.
