儿童感觉统合失调与神经心理的关系

Study on relation between sensory integrative dysfunction of children and neuropychological function

摘要:
目的探讨感觉统合失调对儿童神经心理发育的影响。
方法在427名儿童随机选取70名失调儿童和35名正常儿童进行神经心理测试。
结果失调组与对照组比较, 神经心理测试结果中除智力外, 其余差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
结论感觉统合失调导致儿童神经心理发育在不同程度上受到了影响, 使儿童灵敏性、眼手脑的协调性有所降低, 儿童瞬时记忆能力降低, 或注意力不集中以及对数字的空间感较差。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of sensory integrative dysfunction(SID)on neuropsychological development in children.
Methods 70 cases of children with SID and 35 cases of normal control were selected at random in 427 children.They were conducted by neuropsychological test.
Results Except intelligence, the others had significant difference between two groups.
Conclusion Sensory integrative dysfunction affected neuropsychological development of children in some degree.Sensory integrative dysfunction reduced sensitivity, corrdnation in eye, hand and brain, memory as well.It led children not to concentrate attention and had bad spacious sense.
