低温等离子体净化器产生的O3及其变化规律

Production and changeable law of O3 purified by purifier of low temperature plasma

  • 摘要:
      目的   观察低温等离子体净化器净化有害气体时产生的O3及其变化规律。
      方法   在密闭的容积为40m3的试验舱内, 对低温等离子体产生的O3在8h中的变化规律进行了观察, 每2h测定1次; 在配气袋内配制一定浓度的有害气体, 于净化前及净化后1h测定有害气体浓度, 计算净化率。
      结果   净化器在强风档下出风口处的风速为0.84m/s, 100cm处的风速为0.33m/s, 中、弱风档下的风速为0.05~0.33m/s。等离子体对硫化氢、氮氧化物、甲醛及二氧化硫的净化效果较好, 净化率在95%以上, 对苯系物的净化效果不太理想, 净化率仅有27%~40%。O3浓度并不随净化时间的延长而增加, 而是保持在一个相对稳定的数值上; Ⅰ、Ⅱ档之间产生的O3浓度相差23%~33%;3种不同风档条件下产生的O3浓度差异有统计学意义; 在出风口处测得的O3浓度较高, 0.58~105mg/m3
      结论   低温等离子体对硫化氢、氮氧化物、甲醛及二氧化硫有明显的净化效果, 净化率在95%以上; 在出风口处测得的O3浓度较高, 超过“室内空气污染物浓度极限值允许浓度”, 而在8h室内O3平均浓度为0.12mg/m3, 基本符合“室内空气污染物浓度极限允许浓度”, 建议对具有低温等离子体功能的净化器, 应采取对O3的过滤措施。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To oserve the production and changeable law of O3 when hazardous gas is purified by the purifier of low temperature plasma.
      Methods   In the pressure-tight experimental cabinet which volume is 40 m3, the changeable law of O3 is observed which is produced by low temperature plasma and measured every 2 hours in 8 hours; Certain concentration of hazardous gas is prepared in the pocket which concentration is measured 1 hour before and after purification so that the purification efficiency can be calculated.
      Results   The wind rate of the outlet of the purifier on the high level is 0.84, 0.33 m/s on 100 cm, 0.05-0.33 m/s on the midde and low level.The purification effect is relativey good towards sulfuretted hydrogen, oxide of hydrogen, formol and sulfuric dioxide which purification efficiency is higher than 95%, but the purification efficiency of benzene series is lower than others, which is 27%-40%.In spite of the purification time increasing, the concentration of O3 keeps relatively stable.The difference of the concentratons of O3 between Ⅰ and Ⅱ level is 23%-33%;There are some significant differences between the concentration of O3 caused by three different level.The concentration of O3 of the outlet is higher than others, which is 0158-1105 mg/m3.
      Conclusion   Low temperature plasma has a obvious purification effect towards sulfuretted hydrogen, oxide of hydrogen, formol and suluric dioxide, which purification efficiency is higher than 95%;The concentraton of O3 of the outlet is higher than others, which is much higher than "limit of permissible cncentration of indoor air pollutant", but the indoor average concentration of O3 in 8 hours is 0.12 mg/m3, which basically conforms to "limit of permissile concentration of indoor air pollutant", so some filtration measures towards O3 from the puifier of low temperature plasma should be taken.
