不同微生物在自然环境中的存活力研究

Study on survival of different microorganisms in natural environment

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究日光辐射对土拉杆菌、B271噬菌体和炭疽杆菌存活力的影响, 为公共卫生防疫、生物环境污染治理提供参考依据。
      方法   选择直径为14mm的不锈钢圆片和细沙土作为表面污染样片, 每个样片上加一定浓度的菌液, 放在由石英玻璃覆盖的盒内暴露, 间隔不同时间采样分析不同样品的存活情况, 用天空辐射表测定日光直接辐射和散射辐射强度。
      结果   日光直射对3种微生物存活的影响最大, 散射次之; 在同一条件下, 直射20min, 土拉杆菌的衰亡率达9965%, 散射为780%;直射2h, B271噬菌体的衰亡率为95.45%, 散射8h为82.70%, 对照组还不到10%;炭疽杆菌在不锈钢片上的抵抗能力要比细沙土表面上的低得多, 直射第16d前者存活率为0, 而后者为1181%, 散射第60d, 前者存活率为0, 后者为34.49%, 对照组第10个月前者的存活率为5.38%, 而后者为25.51%。
      结论   3种不同微生物对自然环境抵抗能力依次为炭疽杆菌、B271噬菌体和土拉杆菌。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To observe the effect of solar radiation on the survival of the francisella tularensis, B271 phage and B anthracis, which would provide the reference for the prevention and the control of the pollution of biological enviroment.
      Methods   Round stainless stell flakes and thin sand were taken as sample whose surface were polluted.A certain concentration of bacterial suspensions were added to each sample.These samples were put into the box covered with quartz coveres and exposed.Samples were collected by different time and the survival were analyzed.The direct solar radiation and diffuse solar radiation were measured by a pyranometer.
      Results   The direct solar radiation had the most important effect on the survival of three kind of microorganisms.The diffuse solar radiation did secondly.On the same condition, the death rate of francisella trlarensis were 99.65%(direct solar radiation, 20 min)amd 78%(diffuse solar radiation, 20 min).The death rate of B271 phage were 95.45% and 82.70% when the time odirect solar radiation was 2 hours and the time of diffuse solar radiation was 8 hours respectively.The death rate in the controlled group was on more than 1%.The resistance of B anthracis on the stainless stell flake was less than that of in the sur face of thin sand.The former survival was 0 and the later was 11.81% when the time of direct solar radiation was 16 days.Meanwhile, the former was 0 and the later was 34.49% when the time of diffuse solar radiation was 60 days.The former survival was 5.38% and the later was 25.51% in the tenth month in the controlled group.
      Conclusion   The resistance of the three kinds of microorganisms to natural enviroment was B anthracis, B271 phage and francisella tularensis in turn.
