镉急性染毒各器官含量及致死机制研究

Study on mechanism of death of acute cadmium poison and cadmium content of main organs in rats

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究镉急性染毒时, 机体重要器官镉分布及致死机制。
      方法   通过静脉分别注射1.0, 1.5mg氯化镉后, 同步测定重要器官镉含量和功能。
      结果   心、肝、肾、脑、血有一稳定的镉浓度, 但镉对肝、肾功能的损害作用低于心功能的损害。
      结论   镉急性染毒镉主要分布在肝和肾, 但动物死亡原因不是肝、肾损害引起, 而是由于心功能衰竭。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the distribution of cadmium and the mechanism of death of main organs exposed acutely to admium chloride in rats.
      Methods   After being injected Cadmium chloride 1.0 and 1.5 mg Cd2+ by vein in the rats respectively, the function and the content of cadmium all of organs were detemined.
      Results   The data showed that there was stable critical concentration of Cd2+ in blood, heart, liver, kidney and brain when rats were exposed acutly to Cd2+ to death by vein, but extent of the function of liver and kidney were damaged less than that of heart.
      Conclusion   Cadmium mainly deposited in liver and kidney, but the reasons of rats death were not causd by liver and kidney injury wheres because of debility of heart.
