海岛交警健康状况及其影响因素调查

Analysis on insular traffic policeman healthy risk and related affecting factors

目的了解海岛交警健康状况及影响因素。
方法采用整群随机抽样方法, 通过现场调查结合实验室辅助检测手段, 收集海岛交警健康监护及其相关资料, 进行回顾性队列研究, 结果用非条件Logistic回归分析。
结果 (1) 外勤交警的眼、鼻、咽喉等系统的疾病与心电图异常的检出率明显高于内勤人员(P < 0.05)。(2)外勤交警的血红蛋白含量、红细胞数、血小板计数等均高于内勤人员(P < 0.05)。(3)海岛交警的肾结石检出率较高, 单因素分析提示可能与水产品的摄入量、身高、性格特征有关, 而经常摄入鲜奶与水果可能是保护性因素。
结论海岛交警的职业因素对其健康有一定的影响, 但危害程度是否低于非海岛地区还有待于进一步观察。

Abstract:
Objective To explore t he specialities of the insular traffic policeman's health problems.
Methods Cluster random sampling was applied to collect the information of insular traffic policeman health caring and data of correlation by survey and study.Historical cohort study was carried out and data was studied by logistic regression analysis.
Results (1) The diseases of traffic po licemans eyes, noses, phar ynx and exceptional cardio gram all went beyond the these of non-traffic policeman, but their levels were lower than those of non-insular traffic policeman.(2)The crystal of traffic policeman's kidney was higher.The simple factor analysis showed that the possible risk of the crystal of kidney was related to dietetic amount of seafood, stature and character.But milk and fruit were factors of it's protection.(3)The data of hemachrome, red cell, blood platelet were higher than those of non-insular traffic policeman, and the data of hemachrome and red cell were lower than those of non-insular traffic policeman.
Conclusion The impacts of healthy status of insular traffic policemen may be related to occupational condition but the degree of risk was lower than that of non-insular needs be discussed.
