生存质量表评价2型糖尿病患者的信度、效度

Reliability and validity of WHOQOL-BREF in evaluating life quality in patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要:
目的探讨世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOLBEFF)在2型糖尿病患者生存质量评价中的信度与效度。

方法采用WHOQOLBEFF和糖尿病人生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)对210名2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。用SPSS软件进行信度、效度分析。

结果 WHOQOLBEFF用于评价2型糖尿病患者生存质量的分半信度为0.843, 效标效度为0.72, 具有较好的信度与效度。且与糖尿病生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)相关程度较低。

结论 WHOQOLBEFF与DSQL配合使用可兼顾普适性与特异性, 综合评价患者生存质量。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the reliability and validity of World Health Organization Quality of Life-Bref (WHOQOL-BREF) in evaluating the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Methods Two hundred and ten patients were investigated with WHOQOL-BREF and diabetes specific quality of life (DSQL).Data were analyzed in split-half reliability, criterion-related validity and spearman correlation with SPSS.

Results Split-half reliability was 0.843, criterion-related validity was 0.72. WHOQOL-BREF was related with DSQL.

Conclusion WHOQOL-BREF matched with DSQL could evaluate the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes.
