Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of drug intervention on the functions of periphery vascular and periphery nerves in rabbits exposed to vibration.
Methods Rabbits were divided into one vibration group, two drug-intervention groups and one control group randomly. The concentration of plasma nitric oxide(NO), endothelin(ET)and the nerve conduction function were measured and analyzed before and after vibration loading test(VLT)in each group.
Results Compared with the control group, the concentration of plasma nitric oxide(NO), endothelin(ET)and the nerve conduction function had a significant change in vibration group, but a little change in drug-intervention groups.
Conclusion L-Arginine and captipril can improve the functions of periphery vascular and periphery nerves of rabbits exposed to vibration.
