Screening on occupational health management comprehensive evaluating indexes

摘要:
目的筛选探讨我国地区性职业卫生管理综合评价指标体系。
方法以卫生部2003年职业卫生调研资料为基础, 以我国《职业病防治法》为依据, 设立职业卫生管理综合评价备选指标并进行数理统计学筛选验证。
结果确立反映职业卫生领域8个方面的13项综合评价指标。
结论入选指标符合重要、确定、可获得、可比、敏感和特异性原则, 经验证代表性较好, 可用于进一步综合评价研究。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the estabishment of the occupational health management comprehensive evaluating indexes.
Methods Based on the data of the occupational health field in 2003 from 10 areas in China, according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, 26 comprehensive evaluating indexes were set up and statistical methods were used to screen the indexes and to test the results.
Results 13 comprehensive evaluating indexes were selected, which could reflect occupational health management status from eight aspects.
Conclusion The selected indexes were satisfied to the following criterions: importance, credibility, ascertain, accessibility, comparability, sensitivity, specialty, representativity, and can be used in the occupational health management comprehensive evaluating.
