八氯二丙醚对中国仓鼠肺细胞染色体畸变作用

Chromosome aberration in Chinese Hamster Lung Cells induced by Octachlorodipropyl Ether

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究八氯二丙醚(S2)对中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL)染色体畸变作用。
      方法   测定S2对CHL细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50), 根据IC50设立不同剂量组, 进行正式试验, 分别观察24h, 48h及加S9后的染色体畸变情况, 根据标准进行结果判定。
      结果   染毒24h为可疑阳性反应, 染毒48h以及加入活化系统染毒6h为阳性反应。
      结论   S2可引起CHL细胞染色体产生畸变作用。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore the effects of octachlorodipropyl ether (S2)on chromosome aberration in CHL Cells.
      Methods   To deter mine the IC50 of S2 on CHL cells, then to establish the scope of doses acco rding to the IC50 and to do cells Chromosome aberration.According to the standard positive response the results were judged.
      Results   Marginal positive response was found at 24 h after the treatment with S2.Positive responses were found at 48h after treatment or at 6 h after the addition of S-9 mixture.
      Conclusion   S2 could induce Chromosome aberration in CHL cells.
