Effects of homocysteine on SREBP-1 mRNA expressions in 7721 cells

  • 摘要:
      目的   观察同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)对人肝癌细胞株-7721细胞固醇调控元件结合蛋白-1(SREBP-1)基因mRNA表达的影响。
      方法   用反转录多聚酶联反应法(RT-PCR)不同浓度(0.2, 1和5mmol/L)、不同时间(2, 4, 8, 24h), Hcy对7721细胞SREBP-1基因mRNA表达的影响作用。
      结果   Hcy可使7721细胞SREBP-1基因mRNA表达上调, 在Hcy浓度为5mmol/L, 作用18hSREBP-1的mRNA表达相对较高。
      结论   Hcy使7721细胞SREBP-1基因mRNA表达上调。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To determine the effects of homo cysteine on the expression of sterol regulatory element binding protein-1(SREBP-1)mR NA in 7721 cells.
      Methods   7721 cells were treated homocysteine (0.2, 1 and 5 mmol/L), and the expressions of SR EBP-1 mRNA were examined by RT-PCR at 2, 4, 8, 18 and 24 h.
      Results   Ho mocysteine increased the expressions of SREBP-1 mRNA in 7721 cells, and the expressions reached higher level at 18 h with 5 m mol/L of homocysteine.
      Conclusion   Homocysteine up-regulated the expressions of SREBP-1 mRNA in 7721 cells.
