马齿苋的抑瘤作用及对免疫功能的影响

Effect of portulaca oleracea on immune function and inhibitory action to tumor in mice

摘要:
目的探讨马齿苋(Portlaca Oleracea)水提液对荷S₁₈₀肉瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用和免疫功能的影响。
方法建立小鼠S₁₈₀实体肉瘤模型, 观察小鼠肿瘤重量、淋巴细胞转化能力及荷瘤鼠的生长情况。
结果与对照组相比, 马齿苋对荷S₁₈₀肿瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用, 同时明显增强小鼠的淋巴细胞功能。
结论马齿苋水提液具有抑制肿瘤S₁₈₀的生长及提高免疫功能的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To study the anticancer and immune effect of Portulaca oleracea in mice with tumor.
Methods According to body weight, the mice with S₁₈₀ were randomly divided into NS group and Portulaca oleracea groups.The effects on tumor weihgt, thymus index, spleen index lymphocyte proliferation were investigated.
Results Comparde with NS group, Portulaca oleracea inhibited S₁₈₀ growth significantly and enhanced lymphocyte function in mice.
Conclusion Portulaca oleracea mighthave potential in inhibiting S₁₈₀ tumor growth and enhancing immune function in S 180-bearing mice.
