山楂提取物对人体血脂影响的研究

Study on effect of hawthorn fruit extraction on human blood lipids

  • 摘要:
      目的   观察山楂提取物对于高脂血症的治疗效果。
      方法   采用自身对照的方法。45名受试者每天食用山楂提取物样品36g(浓度10%), 食用时间为3个月。食用前和食用期间分别进行连续3d膳食调查, 确保受试者在食用期间不改变饮食习惯。并于食用于前、食用后每个月分别进行血脂生化指标测定, 分别为高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG), 低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)由公式计算得出。
      结果   山楂提取物能明显降低血清TC、TG和LDL-C浓度, 对HDL-C作用不明显。
      结论   山楂提取物对高脂血症人群具有良好的调节血脂作用。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To observe the effect of hawthorn fruit extraction on the blood lipids of the hyperlipidemia.
      Methods   Atuo-control method was used.45 volunteers took the hawthorn fruit extraction contained samples 3.6 g(10%)daily for 3 months.The 3-day diet record was taken before and during the test to ensure their dietary habits were maintaned.Their blood was sampled before the test and at the end of every month for serum lipids analysis.Total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein HDL levels were determined.Low-density lipoprotein(LDL)was calculated by a formula.
      Results   The haw thorn fruit extraction significantly decr eased the levels of serum TG(>15%), TC(>10%)and LDL-C(P < 0.05), but ithad no significant effect on HDL-C.
      Conclusion   The haw torn fruit extraction had significant benefit on the blood lipids of the hyperlipidemia.
