Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of adhesive on shoemaking workers.physiological, psycholoical and social adaptability, and the different influences on shoemaking workers with sex differences and distinct length of service.
Methods To monitor the climatic conditions, noise and detrimental materials in the workplace air of study group and control group, and to make surveillance about the general situation and SRHMS.
Results The scores of physiological, psychological and social adaptability in study group were higher than those of control group.The sinificant diference was found between the observation group and the control group(P < 0.01).The scores were no significant in the different gender in the observation group(P>0.05), but the scores of different length of service increased with the augmentation of length of service, especially, there was statistic meaning in the pyschological and social adaptability(P < 0.05).
Conclusions The certain effects of adhesive on shoemaking workers were found in the factors of physiology, psychology and social adaptability.But the difference was not significant in female and male.The effects on psychological and social adaptability increased with the augmentation of length of service.
