Mental health state of 1496 college students

  • 摘要:
      目的   掌握大学生心理健康状况, 为心理健康教育提供科学依据。
      方法   运用90项症状自评量表对1496名大学生进行测查。
      结果   调查组学生心理健康水平低于全国常模, 心理障碍检出率为20.72%;大学生心理障碍的种类与性别有关, 来自农村的大学生心理健康水平低于来自城市的大学生, 文科学生与理科学生心理健康水平无显著性差异, 各年级心理障碍检出率无显著性差异。
      结论   应有针对性地开展大学生心理健康教育。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To understand the mental health state of college students and to provide scientific basis for mental health education.
      Methods   1 496 college students were tested with symptom check list 90.
      Results   Mental health level of the college students was lower than Chinese norm.The percentage of students with mental blocks was 20.72%.Categories of mental blocks had something to do with sex.Students from rural area had lower mental health level than those from urban.There was no significant difference between students in human faculties and students in science faculties.The difference between different grades was not obvious.
      Conclusion   Mental health education should be emphasized for different students with corresponding measures.
