      目的   研究高效氯氰菊酯对德国小蠊谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)的影响, 进一步探讨高效氯氰菊酯作用机制, 为德国小蠊的防制工作提供理论基础和方法参考。
      方法   参照国标GB13917.1-13917.8-92《农药登记卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验方法》喷施不同剂量浓度的高效氯氰菊酯, 用谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶测定试剂盒测定德国小蠊GPX活性。
      结果   不同浓度的高效氯氰菊酯对德国小蠊GPX的诱导作用存在不同时效, 在一定程度上, 诱导强度与高效氯氰菊酯的浓度呈正相关。
      结论   高效氯氰菊酯对德国小蠊GPX有明显的诱导作用, 德国小蠊GPX活性的升高可能与其对高效氯氰菊酯等拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的耐药性有关。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To research the effects of high effect cypermethrin on glutathione peroxidase(GPX)of blattella germanica so as to search for the operational mechanism of high effect cypermethrin and provide theoretical basis and useful methods.
      Methods   Quantitative high effect cypermethrin of different concentration was sprayed upon the method of GB 13917.1-13917.8-92 for insecticide registered testing indoor effect. The activities of SOD were determined by using Glutathione peroxidase (GPX)Kit.
      Results   The inductive time effect of high effect cypermethrin of different concentration was different, for some degree, the correlation of the inductive intensition and the concentration of high effect cypermethrin was positive relationship.
      Conclusion   GPX can be appearly induced by high effect cypermethrin. The increase of GPX activities in blattella germanica was relative with pesticide tolerance to pyrethroid insecticides.
