Bacteriostasis effect of isothiazolinone derivatives and its application in detergent antisepticising

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究异噻唑啉酮类衍生物(KF-88)的抑菌效果, 观察其在洗涤剂中的防腐性能。
      方法   采用营养肉汤稀释法, 测定该抑菌剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉的最小抑菌浓度(MIC), 并在此基础上进行模拟现场试验。
      结果   KF-88对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的MIC为0.0016‰; 对大肠埃希菌和黑曲霉的MIC为0.03‰; KF-88在洗洁剂中浓度为1‰时, 可抑制其中的金黄色葡萄球菌生长。
      结论   异噻唑啉酮类衍生物对细菌、霉菌和酵母具有很强的抑菌力, 其在洗涤剂工业及其他多种生产领域具有较好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the bacteriostasis effect of one of the isothiazolinone derivatives KF-88 and observe its bacteriostasis efficacy in detergent.
      Methods   To use nutrition broth dilution method to determine its minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) to straphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger, and complete the simulated on-the-spot tests.
      Results   The MIC of KF-88 to straphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was 0.0016‰; the MIC to Escherichia coli and aspergillus niger was 0.03‰; KF-88 could restrain straphylococcus aureus to propagate in detergent when its concentration in detergent was 1‰.
      Conclusion   The isothiazolinone derivatives had very strong bacteriostasis efficacy for bacteria, mildew and yeast, they have valuable application prospect in detergent industry and other industry field.
