蛋白激酶C在缺碘子代大鼠神经细胞的表达

Expression of protein kinase c in hippocampus neuron of rats fed with iodine deficient food

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究蛋白激酶C(PKC)在缺碘甲状腺激素不足所致海马神经细胞凋亡的表达和学习记忆低下可能的机制。
      方法   复制碘缺乏海马子代大鼠, 用免疫组化方法检测海马神经细胞凋亡, PKC表达, 并计数。
      结果   缺碘子代大鼠较对照组海马神经细胞凋亡明显增多, PKC表达明显减少, 分别为(18.18±2.99)、(2.40±1.17), (0.037±0.009)、(0.27±0.016)。
      结论   缺碘甲状腺素不足所致海马神经细胞PKC减少, 可能与海马神经细胞凋亡增加, 学习记忆低下有关。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To investigate the expression of PKC in the hippocampus neuron of TH deficient rats for finding its role on apoptosis of hippocampus in IDD rats and mechanism of learning memony obstacle.
      Methods   Making animal model with iodine deficient food, using immuchistochemistry to test and count apoptosis, PKC expression on hippocampus neuron.
      Results   The apoptosis was increasd and PKC was reduced in neuron of hippocampus(18.18±2.99), (2.40±1.77), (0.037±0.009), (0.27±0.016).
      Conclusion   Iodine deficiency could affect PKC to reduce, which would result in the apoptosis of neuron in hippocmpus and learning memory disorder.
