钙拮抗剂对染镉肾细胞的干预作用

Interferential effect of calcium antagonists on cadmium nephrotoxicity

      目的   探讨钙拮抗剂对染镉肾细胞的保护作用, 为防治镉中毒提供理论依据。
      方法   采用游离原代肾细胞培养的方法, 以钙拮抗剂干预染镉肾细胞, 通过检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase的活性、肾细胞胞浆中Ca2+、Cd2+浓度及肾细胞的病理改变, 了解钙拮抗剂的干预作用。
      结果   2个干预组LDH、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase的活性较染镉组明显降低, 而Nimo组胸浆中总镉、非蛋白结合镉与对照组比较无明显差别, 细胞涂片发现2个干预组均能使肾细胞免受镉的损伤。
      结论   钙拮抗剂可能对Cd中毒具有一定的保护作用。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore the interferential effect of calcium antagonists on cadmium nephrotoxicity, and to provide the theory foundation in preventing cadmium toxicity.
      Methods   Using primary renal tubular epithelial cell culture, the interferential effect of calcium antagonists in renal cell harm were investigated by detecting the activity of LDH、ALP、Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase and the concentration of Ca2+、Cd2+, meanwhile renal cell pathology changes were detected.
      Results   The activity of LDH、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in both interferential groups obviously decreased as compared with the cadmium group, while the total cadmium, the non-protein-binding cadmium in nimodipine group did not change as compared with the contrast group, both interferential group could avoid cell harm induced by cadmium in the cell smear.
      Conclusion   Calcium antagonists might have some protection on cadmium-induced renal cell harm.
