镉污染对居民亚健康状态和慢性病发生的影响

Effect of cadmium pollution on subhealth state and chronic deiseases

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨环境镉污染对当地居民的亚健康状态和慢性病发生的影响。
      方法   采用流行病学调查方法对镉污染区居民的健康状况及其影响因素进行问卷调查。实验室检测尿镉、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖酐酶(NAG)及尿β2微球蛋白含量, 并与非污染区居民进行比较。
      结果   污染区居民的尿镉、尿β2微球蛋白及尿NAG酶的平均水平高于非污染区居民, 均有显著性差异; 在污染区居民中, 头痛头晕、食欲下降、咳嗽、气喘等亚健康状态发生率高于非污染区, 有显著性差异, 胃、十二指肠溃疡、支气管炎、泌尿系结石等慢性病的发生率也高于非污染区, 有显著性差异。
      结论   污染区居民的健康状况已受到镉污染的影响。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   Through studying the health status of the people residing in cadmium polluted area in Zhenhe, Fujian province, to explore the relationships between cadmium pollution and its adverse effects on population health.
      Methods   The rates of subhealth status and the chronic diseases of the resident in cd-pollution area were studied and compared with those in control areas in Zhenghe with questionnaire, the levels of urinary cadmium, urinary beta-2-micro globulin(β2-Ma) and NAG were measured in lab.
      Results   The average levels of the urinary Cd, β2-Ma and NAG in resident of Cd-pollution area were significantly higher than those in the control area, the rates of headache, dizzy, inappetence, cough and asthma in resident of Cd-pollution area were significantly higher than those in control area; the rates of peptic ulcer disease, bronchitis and urinary system concretion were also higher in resident of Cd-pollution area.Cumulative odds model analysis showed when the other factors(such as age, sex and smoking, et al)were controlled, the health status of the people resided in cadmium polluted area was significantly diferent from those in control area.
      Conclusion   The health status of the resident in the polluted area were influenced by the cadmium pollution.
