烫发液和摩丝对孕鼠受孕及胎鼠发育的毒性

Embryonic toxicity of hair curling solution and mousse on pregnant and fetal mice

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨烫发液和摩丝对孕鼠受孕及胚胎发育的毒性影响。
      方法   用两种美发剂的不同剂量对昆明小鼠进行灌胃染毒, 观察孕鼠受孕及胚胎发育情况。
      结果   高、低剂量的烫发液均对孕鼠的体重有显着性影响; 高、低剂量的烫发液和摩丝组的活胎百分率和一般发育水平均低于对照组; 而吸收胎、死胎及吸收死胎总数百分率均高于阴性对照组(P < 0.01), 并呈剂量反应关系。高剂量烫发液和摩丝组外部畸形率均明显高于阴性对照组(P < 0.01);高剂量烫发液组活胎鼠骨骼畸形率高于阴性对照组(P < 0.01), 内脏系统检查, 未发现畸形改变。
      结论   烫发液和摩丝对孕鼠受孕及胚胎发育具有明显的毒性。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore the fetation adverse effects of hair curling solution and mousse in mice.
      Methods   The pregnant mice were administered in different concentrations hair curling solution and mousse.The general status of dams and fetus were observed.
      Results   In the hair curling solution group, there were significant reduction in mean dams body weight and increase in skeletal malformation of fetus.In both hair curling solution and mousse groups, at high and low dose, the mean body weight, average body length, tail length, living rate of fetus significantly decreased, however the rate of absorption and the death rate of the embryos increased significantly as compared with control group.At the high dose of hair curling solution and mousse, the exterior malformation rate of fetus was higher than that of control group.The viscera malformation of fetus was not discovered.
      Conclusion   Both hair curling solution and mousse had fetation adverse effects on pregnant and fetal mouse.
