高碘对小鼠抗氧化能力的影响及硒的干预作用

Influence of high iodine intake on anti-oxidation ability in mice and intervention of selenium

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究高碘摄入对小鼠抗氧化能力的影响及硒的干预作用。
      方法   将40只Balb/c小鼠按体重随机分为5组: 正常对照组、高碘Ⅰ组(3000μg/LⅠ)、高碘Ⅰ(3000μg/LⅠ)+Se组(1000μg/L Se)、高碘Ⅱ组(5000μg/LⅡ)以及高碘Ⅱ(5000μg/LⅠ)+Se组(1000μg/L Se), 分别喂饲高碘水或高碘+硒水以及正常鼠饲料。3个月后, 观察甲状腺病理变化, 测定血清总T4(TT4)、总T3(TT3)、游离T3(FT3)、肝脏和脑组织的谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)水平。
      结果   高碘组小鼠出现弥漫胶质性甲状腺肿; 与正常对照组相比, 2个高碘组的血清TT4水平显著升高; 而高碘Ⅱ组血清TT3水平显著降低; 高碘组肝脏和脑组织GSH-Px活性降低, MDA含量升高。而补硒会升高GSH-Px活性, 其中高碘Ⅰ+Se组GSH-Px活性显著高于高碘Ⅰ组。
      结论   高碘摄入会降低小鼠体内的抗氧化能力, 补硒具有一定的干预作用。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the influence of high iodine intake on the anti-oxidation ability in mice and intervention of selenium.
      Methods   40 Balb/c mice were divied into 5 groups according to weight: control group, high iodine group Ⅰ (3 000 μg/LⅠ), high iodineⅠ(3 000 μg/LⅠ)plus selenium(1 000 μg/L Se)group, high iodine group Ⅱ(5 000 μg/LⅠ) and high iodine Ⅱ(5 000 μg/LⅠ)plus selenium(1 000 μg/L Se)group.The mice were given drinking water including different doses of iodine and selenium.3 months later, related indices were deter mined.
      Results   The mice in high iodine group showed colloid goiter.Compared with control group, serum TT4 level in two high iodine groups increased significantly, serum TT3 in high iodine group Ⅱ decreased obviously; In high iodine group, liver and brain GSH-Px activity decreased, MDA content increased, and GSH-Px activity in high iodine Ⅰ plus selenium group was significantly higher than high iodine group Ⅰ.
      Conclusion   High iodine intake may decrease the anti-oxidation ability in mice and selenium supplementation exerted favourable effects on it.
