蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗重度冻伤对血液成分的影响

Effect of ahylysantinfarctase therapy for severe frostbite on blood visible component

  • 摘要:
      目的   观察蝮蛇抗栓酶综合疗法治疗兔足重度冻伤对血液有形成分的影响, 探讨重度冻伤的治疗机制。
      方法   制备兔足重度冻伤模型, 采用蝮蛇抗栓酶综合疗法治疗, 于冻前和冻后6周内8个时点分别采血, 测定血液有形成分5项指标。
      结果   蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗组, 白细胞数量冻后1周恢复冻前水平, 红细胞数量、血红蛋白含量和红细胞比容在冻后48h或72h恢复, 血小板计数在冻后24h有所下降, 但与冻伤前比较无显著性差异; 对照组上述5项指标于冻伤后3~4周恢复。
      结论   蝮蛇抗栓酶综合疗法可明显改善血液循环, 有效抗感染, 促进冻伤病理改变的恢复。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To observe effect of ahylysantinfarctase combined therapy for severe frostbite feet on blood visible component and to explore the therapeutic mechanism.
      Methods   Severe frostbite model was made and ahylysantinfarctase combined therapy was used.Five indexes of blood visible component extracted from rabbit were determined before and at eight-time point after frostbite for 6 weeks.
      Results   WBC count was recovered to normol level in one week; RBC count, HGB, Het were recovered to normol level at 48 h or 72 h; Plete count was drop but there were not accidently defferece compared with group Ⅰ at 24 h after frostbite during ahylysantinfarctase combined therapy was administered.The five indexes of group Ⅰ recovered to normal level in 3-4 weeks after frostbite.
      Conclusion   The blood circulation was improved obviously and inflammation was resisted and prevented effectively.The pathological change was promoted by using ahylysantinfarctase combined therapy.
