腹部照射血液及细胞遗传学的变化

Study on change of blood and cytogenetics after abdominal irradiation

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究腹腔肿瘤患者放疗后血液和细胞遗传学的变化。
      方法   选择腹腔肿瘤患者46例。加速器照射或60Coγ射线与加速器混合照射。每周照射5d, 每天照射一次, 每次组织中心剂量2Gy, 总剂量43~60Gy。观察白细胞及淋巴细胞计数, 淋巴细胞微核及淋巴细胞染色体畸变。
      结果   腹腔肿瘤患者接受放疗后白细胞数逐渐减少, 以淋巴细胞减少更明显, 淋巴细胞微核率明显高于照前水平(P < 0.01), 染色体畸变和畸变细胞率随累积剂量增加明显增多。
      结论   腹腔肿瘤患者接受放疗后, 血细胞变化规律和急性全身照射近似, 但变化程度明显减轻, 速度变慢, 染色体畸变偏离泊松分布。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the change of blood and cytogenetics of the cancer patients after radiotherapy.
      Methods   46 patients who suffered from the abdominal tumor were radiated by the accelerating machine singly or the combination of γ irradiation and accelerating machine, five days a week and once aday.The dose in the center of the tissue was 2 Gy, and the total dose was 43-60 Gy.After irradiation the counts of leukocyte and lymphocyte, and the rates of micronuclear and chromosome aberration of lymphocyte were observed.
      Results   The counts of leukocyte and lymphocytle were reduced obviously after radiotherapy.Moreover, the rates of micronuclear and chromosome aberration were increased markedly.
      Conclusion   The haemocyte change of the cancer patients was similar to acute irradiation of whole body, but the degree was lightened obviously and the speed became slow.The distribution of chromosome aberration was deviated from Poisson's distribution.
