高糖大鼠血糖、内皮素-1对视网膜的影响

Effects of blood sugar and endothelin-1 on hyperglycemia rats' retina

  • 摘要:
      目的   应用透射电镜观察高糖大鼠视网膜早期超微结构改变并探讨其与血糖、内皮素-1水平的关系。
      方法   腹腔注射四氧嘧啶复制高糖大鼠模型, 应用放射免疫方法检测血浆内皮素-1水平, 用血糖测量仪测定血糖, 同时观察大鼠视网膜超微结构改变。
      结果   高糖大鼠基底膜增厚随着病程的延长、血糖水平和血浆内皮素-1水平增高而加重。干扰组大鼠视网膜组织中细胞功能代偿活跃, 基底膜未见有增厚改变。
      结论   血糖水平与血浆内皮素-1水平密切相关, 早期控制血糖, 可延缓视网膜病变的发生和进展。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To observe the early ultrastructure change of hyperglycemia rats'retina by using transmission electron microscope, and to explore its relationship to blood sugar and endothelin-1(ET-1).
      Methods   The model of hyperglycemia rats were reproduced by injecting alloxan monohydrate into abdominal cavity, ET-1 in plasma and blood sugar could be measured by radioimmunity methods and blood sugar instruments respectively, and ultrastructure changes could be seen by electron microscope.
      Results   With the prolongation of course and the increment of the level in blood sugar and ET-1, the retinal basilemma incrassated seriously.The functional compensation in retina of interfere group was active, furthermore, there were not incrassation.
      Conclusion   It was closely interrelated between blood sugar and ET-1.Early control of blood sugar could postpone the occurrence and development of retinopathy.
