Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of benzene on the bone marrow CD34+ cells number, mononuclear cell A nnexin V and F as expression of positive percentage in the workers whose lymphocyte mirokernel or percentage were higher than normal one.
Methods For the 20 workers and 10 normal ones, CD34+ cells number, mono nuclear cells Annexin V and F as was detected by flowcy to metric analysis, benzene concentration was determined by gas chromatography.
Results CD34+ cells number in group benzene concentration of 34-582 mg/m3 was significant lower than that in control group(P < 0.05), .CD34+ cells number was negative correlated with benzene concentration(P < 0.05), r=-0.95.Annex in V positive per-centage, expression and Fas were significanthigher than that in control group(P < 0.05).They were correlated with benzene concentration(P < 0.05), r=0.96.CD34+ cells number in group benzene concentration of 8-32 mg/m3 was significant higher than that in control group.
Conclusion Dynamic detection of CD34+ cells number, Annexin V and F as expression of positive percentage should be useful for early diagnosis and prevention for workers with professional benzene poison.
