摘要:
目的为了解我市学校内综合卫生现状, 强化学校卫生监督, 促进学校卫生管理水平的提高。
方法根据《学校卫生工作条例》和卫生部关于《开展学校卫生监督执法检查》的要求, 采取分层抽样办法、抽查我市的大、中专、中、小学校共44所学校。
结果 80%的学校新建、改建、扩建项目未经预防性卫生监督审查。65.9%中、小学生课桌椅与就坐的学生身高不符合, 58.5%教室环境噪声不符合有关标准。
结论学校内综合卫生状况仍存在一定的问题, 卫生监督工作仍需加强。

Abstract:
Objective To find out the actual overall hygiene status in schools of Shenzhen and intensify supervision on school health as well as to enhance schools.health administration abilities.
Methods 44 schools including primary schools, middle schools, technical secondary schools and universities were selected by using stratified sampling.Inspection was carried out according to the requirements of "School Health Ordinance" and "the Notification to launch inspection and supervision on school health" by MOH.
Results The main problems found in the inspection including: 80 percent of all the new, rebuilding and enlarging projects didn't apply for preventive health supervision.65.9 percent of all the class desks and tables were not suitable for students sitting on as students'stature were concer ned.58.5 percent of all the classrooms ex isted overrunning environmental noises contrast to some related standards.
Conclusion There still existed several problems about overall school health conditions and hygiene supervision should be intensified.
