转基因大米的免疫毒理学评价

Immunotoxicologic assessment on transgenic rice

  • 摘要:
      目的   观察转基因大米对小鼠免疫功能的影响。
      方法   将Balb/c小鼠随机分为4组, 即转基因大米组、非转基因大米对照组、美国营养学会配方饲料(AIN93G)正常对照组和阳性对照组, 相应饲料喂养30d, 比较各组小鼠免疫功能改变情况。
      结果   转基因大米组, 所有观察指标与非转基因大米组相比均无显著性差异; 与AIN93G组相比, 脾脏/体比值、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性高于AIN93G组, 其余指标无显著性差异。阳性对照组的各项指标, 绝大多数均显著低于其他3组。
      结论   转基因大米在小鼠免疫毒理学方面的评价是安全的。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To observe the immunotoxicologic effects of transgenic rice on mice.
      Methods   The Balb/c mice were divided into four groups, transgenic rice group(Xa group), non-transgenic rice control group(N group), AIN93G control group(A group)and positive control group(P group).The mice were fed with corresponding food for 30 days.The immunity indicators of mice were compared.
      Results   The indicators were as fellows: body weight, blood routine test, lymphocyte sort, lymphocyte transform test, immunity organ index, delayed hypersensitivity response, antibody forming test, serum antibody titter, macrophage function test and NK cell activity test.All indicators between Xa group and N group were no statistic difference.The spleen index and NK cell activity in Xa group were higher than those in A group and the other indicators were no statistic difference each other.Most of all indicators in P group were lower than that in the other groups.
      Conclusion   The immunotoxicologic effects of transgenic rice on mice were safe.
