海带半纤维素对老龄大鼠血栓形成的影响

Effects of laminaria hemicellulose on thrombus formation in aged rats

      目的   探讨海带半纤维素对血栓形成的影响。
      方法   大鼠连续腹腔注射海带半纤维素3d后, 采用3种血栓形成的动物实验方法, 分别比较生理盐水组与海带半纤维素组血栓平均堵塞时间和血栓重量, 观察海带半纤维素对老龄大鼠血栓形成的抑制作用。
      结果   海带半纤维素低剂量组(20mg/kg)和高剂量组(100mg/kg)均能延长电刺激颈总动脉血栓平均堵塞和降低动脉血栓及静脉血栓湿重, 且呈剂量依赖关系, 与生理盐水组比较, 具有显著性差异。
      结论   海带半纤维素具有抑制血栓形成的作用。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the effect of laminaria hemicellulose on thrombus formation.
      Methods   The occlusion time and the weight of thrombus were compared between laminaria hemicellulose group and control group respectively through three rat models of thrombus formation after laminaria hemicellulose was injected intraperitoneally(i.p)for three days.
      Results   Both low dose group of laminaria hemicellulose(20 mg/kg)and high lose group of laminaria hemicellulose (100 mg/kg)can obviously prolong the occlusion time and decrease the weight of thrombus.
      Conclusion   Laminaria hemicellulose can inhibit the thrombus formation in rats.
