农村妇女心理健康调查研究

Survey on psychological health of rural women

摘要:
目的了解农村成年女性的心理健康状况。
方法采用整群随机抽样的方法抽取3个自然村农村成年女性, 用SCL-90量表进行心理健康状况定量调查。
结果除人际关系、偏执两因子外, 其余因子分均高于国内女性常模, 并有显著性差异(P < 0.01);各因子分在各年龄组中均无显著性差异(P > 0.05), 大多数因子均值的最高值都出现在青年组; 因子分等级排序中轻度所占比例最多。
结论晋宁县农村成年女性存在一定程度的心理健康问题, 应引起有关部门重视, 加强心理健康教育和心理咨询。

Abstract:
Objective To understand status of psychological health of women in rural area.
Methods Cluster random sample was applied to select adult women in three natural villages.SCL-90 scale was used to quantity survey to their status on psychological health.
Results The score of all factors in SCL-90 was higher than that of female normal standard except factors of personnel relationship and compulsion.And there were high significant difference(P < 0.01)between two group people.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)among age stages.Most high score occurred in young group.
Conclusion Women living in countryside of Jinning county had some psychological and physical problem.Relevant departments should pay attention to this issue and strengthen education of health and psychological consult to them.
