代谢综合征危险因素研究

摘要:
目的探讨代谢综合征(MS)的危险因素。
方法对95名MS病例及130名健康对照进行病例对照研究, 运用单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析, 探讨影响MS发生的危险因素。
结果进入多因素非条件Logistic回归模型的因素有年龄、糖尿病阳性家族史和饮酒(P < 0.05).其中年龄OR值为1.15, 糖尿病阳性家族史OR值为2.79, 饮酒OR值为4.05。
结论年龄、糖尿病阳性家族史、饮酒均为MS的危险因素。

Abstract:
Objective To identify risk factors in patient with metabolic syndrome(MS).
Methods A case-control study of 95 cases with MS and 130 control subjects were performed.Statistical analysis of univariate, logistic regression were used to identify risk factors of MS.
Results Age, family history of diabetes and alcohol intake enter the logistic equation by statistic significance(P < 0.05).OR value of age was 1.15, OR value of family history of diabetes was 2.79, OR of alcohol intake was 4.05.
Conclusion Age, family history of diabetes and alcohol intake were risk factors for MS.
