Effect of DNA preparation on antioxidant action in old rat's tissues

      目的   观察DNA制剂对中老龄大鼠心、肝和肾组织过氧化脂质含量和超氧物歧化酶活性的影响, 探讨其抗氧化作用及机制。
      方法   选择20只健康SD大鼠, 随机分为对照组和DNA制剂治疗组, 每日分别按DNA0, 30mg腹腔注射, 连续22d。在第23d时, 宰杀大鼠, 采集心、肝和肾组织, 测定其匀浆中过氧化脂质(LPO)含量和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。
      结果   与对照组比较, DNA治疗组大鼠心、肝和肾组织LPO水平有不同程度的下降(P < 0.05), SOD活性有不同程度的提高(P < 0.05)。
      结论   DNA能直接捕获自由基和间接通过提高氧自由基清除剂活性发挥复合抗氧化作用, 对延缓心、肝和肾组织细胞老化和器官功能减退有一定意义。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To investigate the effect of exogenous DNA on the production of lipid peroxide(LPO)and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in aging rat's cardiac muscle, liver and kidney.
      Methods   Twenty healthy spragueDawley(SD)male rats were chosen and randomly divided by abdominal cavity with 0, 3.0 mg of DNA preparation in every day for 22 days.All rats of each group were killed at the 23th days and their cardiac muscel, liver, kidney were collected and used in determining contents of LPO and activites of SOD.
      Results   The contents of LPO was significantly lower in DNA group than in the control group.The activites of SOD were increased in DNA group.
      Conclusion   DNA may have the effect on cleaning oxygen free radical and antioxidant action wich can delay the aging of cardiac muscle, liver and kidney.
