乙醇对男性生殖系统功能的影响

Effect of alcohol on function of male reproductive system

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究长期饮酒对男性生殖系统功能的损伤.
      方法   选择45名长期饮酒者和9名慢性酒精中毒者为实验组, 20名不饮酒者为对照组, 检测精液质量, 血清中睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)和促卵泡素(FSH)的水平及血清、精浆和精子中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶-x(LDH-x)、葡萄糖-6磷酸脱氢酶(G-6PD)、葡萄糖苷醛酸酶(β-G)活力.
      结果   饮酒达10年以上, 饮酒量为每日100~150g38℃白酒, 每月饮20次以上, 其精子数、活动精子率、精子中的LDH-x活性均明显低于正常对照组(均P < 0.05), 饮酒量为每日150~250g38℃白酒, 每月饮20次以上, 血清中T下降, E2、FSH、LH均升高(均P < 0.05或P < 0.01), 精浆和精子中的LDH、LDH-x、G-6PD和β-G活性均明显低于对照组(均P < 0.05), 尤以LDH-x敏感.结论长期酗酒对男性生精功能、睾丸标志酶及生殖内分泌激素水平产生严重影响.

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the functions damage of male reproductive system induced by drinking excessively.
      Methods   One control group was 45 people who drink excessively, the other control group was 9 people poisoned by alcohol, and case group was 20 people without drinking.To detect the quality of semen, T, E2, LH and FSH in serum, LDH, LDH-x, G-6PD andβ-G in serum, sermen and spermatozoa.
      Results   Dinking 100-150 g of white spirit of 38 degree one day and above 20 times a month for over 10 years, the quantity of spermatozoa, the rate of activing spermatozoa, and the activity of LDH-x in sperimatozoa were lower than those of control group(P < 0.05).Drinking 150-250 g T in serum decreased, E2, LH, FSH increased(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), The activity of LDH, LDH-x, G-6PDβ, -G in serum of semen were lower than those of control group obviously, especially LDH-x.
      Conclusion   Drinking excessively influenced male spermatogenesis, teslis marker enzyme and gonadal hormone significally.
