河南省农村居民生命质量及影响因素分析

Analysis on quality of life of rural residents and its influential factor in Henan province

摘要:
目的了解河南省农村居民生命质量及其影响因素.
方法用多阶段分层抽样的方法, 采用WHO制定的生命质量测定量表对1949名农村居民进行家庭健康问卷调查.
结果河南省农村居民生命质量的平均得分为91.58, 生理维度、心理维度、社会适应维度的平均得分分别为92.59, 85.75和95.46.男性、已婚、较高的文化程度等因素与生命质量呈正相关, 而年龄较大、丧偶、医疗支出等因素与生命质量得分呈负相关关系.
结论河南省农村居民总的生命质量水平尚好, 但心理维度得分较低, 应加强对农村居民的心理咨询.年龄、婚姻状况、文化水平、医疗支出等是影响农民生命质量的重要因素.

Abstract:
Objective To measure the level of quality of life and evaluate the effect of different social factors on quality of life of rural residents in Henan province.
Methods Cluster, stratified and multistage sampling was taken.1949 residents were assigned to fill in the questionnaires designed by WHO.
Results Total score of quality of life in Henan province was 91.58.Scores of subscales of physiological, psychological and social dimension were 92.59, 85.75 and 95.46 respectively.In multivariate analyses, more education and married were positively associated with the scores of quality of life, while widowed status, elder age, and more health expenditure were negatively associated with the scores of quality of life.
Conclusion The quality of life of rural residents in Henan province was good, but tbe scores of subscale of psycholog ical dimension was quite lower.Psychological consultation should be strengthened.Age, educational level, health expenditure, married or widowed status were very important influencing factors on quality of life.
