铁对心肌细胞内质网和线粒体损伤的形态研究

Effects of iron on endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrial injury of myocardial cell

  • 摘要:
      目的   观察铁对心肌细胞的内质网和线粒体影响。
      方法   利用体外培养胎鼠心脏动物模型, 胎鼠心脏在140μgFeSO4/ml培养液中, 培养12h。
      结果   内质网的损伤先于线粒体; 损伤轻的内质网其周围线粒体的结构基本保持完整, 嵴清晰可见; 损伤重的内质网其周围线粒体的嵴模糊不清。
      结论   铁引起的内质网和线粒体损伤的不同步可能与线粒体和内质网的三维结构、内质网和线粒体Ca2+ATP酶调节失调有关

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To investigate effects of iron on the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria of the myocardial cells.
      Methods   To use model of cultured fetal mouse heart, in vitro, the fetal mouse hearts were cultured in culture liquid with 140μg FeSO4/ml for 12 h.
      Results   Injury of endoplasmic reticulum was ahead of mitochondria.Structure of mitochondria around endoplasmic reticulum damaged lightly was complete and their cristae were clear.However, cristae of mitochondria around endoplasmic reticulum damaged severely were unclear.
      Conclusion   Unsynchronism injury of endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria may be related to three-dimensional structure between two organellae and, to regulative disorder of Ca2+-A TPase between two organellae.
