海带多糖对小鼠动脉血气影响及其抗疲劳作用

Inflnuence of laminaria japonica polysaccharides on blood gas of hypoxic mice and its anti-fatigue effect

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究海带多糖(Laminaria Japonica Polysaccharides, LJP)的耐缺氧作用及其抗疲劳作用。
      方法   按10, 20, 50, 100mg/(kg·d)不同剂量的海带多糖灌胃受试小鼠, 连续10d, 进行抗疲劳及密闭缺氧试验。
      结果   海带多糖能显著的提高受试小鼠负重游泳时间和常压缺氧下存活时间, 并能升高受试小鼠的血红蛋白; 使氧合血红蛋白解离, 促进氧的释放。
      结论   海带多糖能提高缺氧小鼠组织对氧的利用, 增强小鼠的耐缺氧、抗疲劳能力

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the effect of Laminaria Japonica Polysaccharides(LJP)on the blood gas of hypoxic mice and its anti-fatigue effect.
      Methods   Different doses of LJP10, 20, 50, 100 mg/(kg·d)was poured into the stomaches of the experimental mice for 10 days continously and then the fatigue experiment and the hermetic hypoxia experiment were carried out.
      Results   LJP can significantly lengthen the burden swimming time and the survival time, which was under the condition of hypoxia and normal atmospheric pressure, in experimental mice.Additionally, LJP can raise the quantity of hemoglobin in the experimental mice and cause the dissociation of oxyhemoglobin to promote the release of oxygen.
      Conclusion   LJP can raise the oxygen utilizing ability of the experimental mice and enhance the hypoxia tolerant capacity as well as the anti-fatigue capacity of the experimental mice.
