目的对亚健康的诊断标准进行评价。
方法按照Delphi法原理, 咨询中级以上职称、科室主任或科级以上职务的临床医学、预防医学、基础医学和管理学专家, 计算亚健康诊断标准的有关评价指标。
结果专家均龄56岁, 平均从事专业时间27年, 两轮咨询的回收率分别为90.48%和85.71%, 权威程度平均值分别为0.759和0.790, 协调系数有显著性差异(P < 0.05), 权重系数依次为躯体症状0.2735、心理症状0.2460、活力0.1718、免疫力0.1397、社会适应能力0.1136和到医院看病0.0553。
结论专家的代表性较强, 积极性较高, 权威性、协调性较好, 拟订的亚健康诊断标准可用于人群流行病学调查

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic criterion of sub-health.
Methods According to Delphi method, the medical specialists are consulted, who are engaged in clinical, preventive, fundamental medicine and management, are dean or corresponding technical post, and the evaluation indices for diagnostic criterion of sub-health are calculated.
Results The mean of age is 56 and working time is 27 years.The back rates of two investigations are 90.48% and 85.71%, respectively.The mean of authorities are 0.759 and 0.790.The harmonious coefficients have statistic significance(P < 0.05).The weight coefficient are followed, 0.273 5(physical symptom), 0.246 0(psychological symptom), 0.171 8(vigour), 0.139 7(immunity), 0.113 6(social adapted ability), 0.055 3(going to hospital).
Conclusion The enthusiasm, authority and harmony of speciality are good.The criterion can be used in epidemiology.
