深圳“八°五”大爆炸公共卫生应急效果分析

Effect analysis of public health emergency mechanism for August Fifth signficant explosion of Shenzhen city

摘要:
目的回顾八°五危险品仓库大爆炸事故公共卫生应急反应机制, 评价其效果。
方法对应急反应中采取的环境污染现场调查和流行病学调查方法、监测污染情况及调查人群中毒情况进行分析。
结果八°五爆炸未造成空气、水、食品等环境严重污染和人群健康损害; 实施应急方案挽回了巨大的经济损失。
结论八°五大爆炸公共卫生应急方案具有科学性、时效性和可操作性。

Abstract:
Objective Public health emergency mechanism were founded and evaluated immediately after August Fifth explosion took place in dagerous goods warehouse of Shenzhen city.
Methods To investigate the pollutant of air, water and foods and the people poisoning using the methods of the environment pollutant investigation and scene epidemiology.
Results The explosion did not cause serious environemtnal pollution air, water and foods, etc, and not threaten public health.The emergency project avioded enormous economic loss.
Conclusion Public health emergency mechanism of August Fifth explosion was scientific, effective and operative.
