贵阳市HIV/AIDS社区支持与关怀项目研究

摘要:目的 总结分析2002年贵州省贵阳市实施HIV/AIDS社区支持与关怀项目取得的经验和存在的不足, 为将来更好地开展城市HIV/AIDS社区支持与关怀提出相应的对策。方法 根据贵阳市的具体情况, 采取开发决策层, 动员大众媒体参与, 组织社会各部门合作, 建立感染者自助组织, 构建社区支持与关怀网络的措施, 开展感染者生产自救, 引导家庭、社区和感染者周围人群关心因吸毒而感染艾滋病病毒的病人。结果 通过关怀与支持项目的开展, 使媒体和社区人群对艾滋病有了新的理解和认识, 自愿检测咨询人数增加; 部分感染者家庭理解接纳了感染者, 感染者自身的态度转变, 积极参与各项活动并提出建议和想法。结论 开展HIV/AIDS社区支持与关怀, 可以使社区群众提高对艾滋病的认识, 消除对艾滋病病人、HIV感染者的歧视。但试点工作是初步的, 尚存在一些问题, 需要进行深入的研究。Abstract:Objective To summarize and analyse the experiences and lessons from the community based care and support for the PLHAs in Guiyang, to provide strategies on conducting community based care and support for the PLHAs in urban areas.Methods Based on the concrete situation in Guiyang, the strategies on developing decisions-makers were adopted, mobilizing mass medias, involving multi-department, establishing PLHAs.self-help group and setting up community based care and support network, to conduct self-help activities to lead the people in community to care PLHAs.Results Mass media understanding and awareness on HIV/AIDS and the whole community KAP on HIV/AIDS through conducting project of community based care and support for the PLHAs were improved.Then, the number of VCT people increased very much.Some of HIV positive people were accepted by their own families.At the same time, HIV positive people changed their attitude to be involved in care and support activities and provide their suggestions and opinions.Conclusion To improve people's KAP on HIV/AIDS in the community and eliminate discrimination on the PLHAs through conducting community based care and support for PLHAs.This was just pilot project.Some problems were remained to be further studied.
