甲基汞对小鼠淋巴细胞程序外DNA合成的影响

Study on unscheduled DNA synthesis of lymphocytes in mice treated with MeHg

  • 摘要:
      目的   了解甲基汞对小鼠淋巴细胞DNA损伤修复的影响。
      方法   采用离体程序外DNA合成(UDS)的方法。
      结果   在一定剂量范围内, 甲基汞可使小鼠外周血淋巴细胞和胸腺细胞程序外DNA合成能力增强, 1.0mmol/L组血淋巴细胞和5.0mmol/L组胸腺细胞UDS明显高于对照组(P < 0.05), 而低剂量组和高剂量组的UDS均低于对照组。
      结论   甲基汞对小鼠外周血淋巴细胞和胸腺细胞DNA有损伤作用, 其程度与甲基汞剂量有关, 甲基汞具有遗传毒性和免疫毒性。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To understand effects of MeHg on DNA damage and repair in lymphocytes of blood and thymus of mice.
      Methods   Unscheduled DNA synthesis was used in vitro.
      Results   MeHg could make UDS increase in some range.There were significant differences between 1.00 mmol/L blood lymphocyte and 5.00mmol/L lymocyte compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The UDS of the low doses and the high doses gruops was decreased compared with that of the control group.
      Conclusion   MeHg could caused the lymphocytes DNA damage in the blood and thymus, and MeHg had genetic and immune toxicities.
