外显子6基因多态与系统性红斑狼疮的研究

摘要:目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子受体Ⅱ(TNFRⅡ)外显子6基因多态与华东地区汉族人群系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)易感性的关系。方法 采用聚合酶链式反应和限制性片断长度多态(PCR-RFLP)方法对34例SLE患者和66例健康对照进行TNFRⅡ外显子6基因分型。结果 在SLE患者与健康对照之间, TNFRⅡ外显子6R等位基因频率(35.3% /21.2%; OR=2.03, 95% 可信限: 1.01~4.08; χ2=4.63, P=0.031)与基因型频率(67.6% /37.9%: OR=3.43, 95% 可信限: 1.32~9.06; χ2=7.97, P=0.005)均不同。结论 TNFⅡ外显子6基因多态可能与华东地区汉族人群系统性红斑狼疮发病有关, 携带R等位基因的个体发病危险增加。Abstract:Objective To make sure whether there is any association between genetic polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor receptor Ⅱ(TNFⅡ)exon 6 and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods PCR-RFLP was used.A population-based study was carried out including 34 SLE patients and 66 health controls.Results The TNFⅡ exon6 R allele frequency of cases is significantly different from that of controls(35.3% vs 21.2%;OR=2.03, 95% CI: 1.01-4.08;χ2=4.63, P=0.031).The subjects with TNFⅡ exon6 R allele tend to be more susceptible to SLE than those without.Conclusion The subjects with TNFⅡ exon6 R allele tend to be more susceptible to SLE than those without.
