女性肺癌组织中细胞周期蛋白E的表达

Expression of cyclin E in female lung cancer

摘要:
目的研究细胞周期蛋白E在女性肺癌组织中的表达及意义。
方法采用链菌素亲生物素-过氧化酶免疫组化方法。
结果女性肺癌组织中细胞周期素E的表达占62%, 癌旁正常组织中阳性率占26%, 二者相比有显著性差异(P < 0.05), 同时鳞癌中细胞周期素E的阳性略要高于腺癌。但细胞周期素E的表达与临床分期及分化无关。
结论女性肺癌组织中存在细胞周期素E的过表达, 提示细胞周期素E有可能是肺癌的潜在预报因子。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclin E in female lung cancer.
Methods Usings-p immunohistochemical analysis.
Results Thirty-one cases of female lung cancer(31/50, 62%)showed overexpression of cyclin E, and thirteen cases of normal tissues(13/50, 26%)were positive for cyclin E.Overexpression of cyclin E was more frequently observed in squamous cell carcinoma compared with that in adenocarcinoma, but without statistically significant.And there were independent histological types or grade of tumor.
Conclusion There were overexpression of cyclin E in female lung cancer, which indicated that cyclin E may be a prognostic role in lung caner tissue.
