大豆异黄酮对去卵巢大鼠脂、骨代谢的影响

Study on effect of isoflavone on lipid metabolism and bone metabolism of ovariectomized rats

  • 摘要:
      目的   利用去卵巢大鼠作为绝经后动物模型, 探讨大豆异黄酮对脂代谢、骨代谢的影响。
      方法   将成年雌性大鼠腹部手术切除双侧卵巢后, 给予不同剂量的大豆异黄酮, 喂养4个月后, 分离血清进行分析指标测定。
      结果   大豆异黄酮可提高血清中的HDL和骨形成指标AKP、BGP的浓度; 降低血清中的TC和骨吸收指标抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(STrACP)的浓度; 对体内雌激素水平的影响较低。
      结论   大豆异黄酮对实验大鼠的脂代谢、骨代谢有一定的调节作用。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   By using ovariectomized rats as postmenopausal model to examine the influence of isonavone on rat's lipid metabolism and bone metabolism.
      Methods   The rats were operated to ablate double ovaries and given different dosage isoflavone.After 4 months later, blood serum was separated to determine analytical targets.
      Results   Isoflavone can increase the level of HDL and bone formation index AKP and BGP, and decrease the level of TC and bone absorption index STrACP.It didn't have obvious effect on the blood estrogen.
      Conclusion   Isoflavone can adjust the rat's lipid metabolism and bone metabolism.
