鲁西南滨湖居民碘营养状况综合评价

Comprehensive assessment on iodine nutritional status of lakeside inhabitants in southwest of Shandong province

  • 摘要:
      目的   综合评价鲁西南滨湖地区居民的碘营养状况。
      方法   按整群批质量保证抽样法(LQAS)对山东省微山湖、东平湖周围碘营养状况性质未定的滨湖4县(微山、金乡、鱼台、梁山)19个乡镇4281例8~10岁学龄儿童甲状腺肿大率、智商、尿碘、水碘及盐碘等指标进行抽样调查。
      结果   4县以乡镇为单位, 儿童甲状腺肿大率差别较大; 外环境水碘含量高低不一; 内环境尿碘水平较高, 体内碘除来自当地饮水和粮食外, 可能不同程度地受到居民食用碘盐的影响; 金乡、鱼台2县儿童智商基本呈正态分布, 与对照组相比无显著性差异; 微山县儿童智商水平略向低值偏移, 与对照组进行U检验P < 0.01。
      结论   鲁西南滨湖地区同时存在缺碘区、适碘区和高碘区, 几种情况交错存在, 呈片状、灶状或点状分布。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   The iodine-nutritional status was assessed among lakeside inhabitants of Weishan and Dongping lakes in Shandong province.The corresponding strategies of controlling iodine disorders was worked out.
      Methods   The methods of LQAS was used in lakeside 4 counties(Weishan, Jinxiang, Yutai, Liangshan).The indicators including thyroid goitre rate, intelligence quotient (IQ), urinary iodine, water iodine, and iodized salt were investigated among children aged 8-10.
      Results   The thyroid goitre rate and the water iodine were different in different towns.The level of urinary iodine was very high.It may be influenced by iodized salt in certain extent except the water and food iodine.The children's IQ of Jinxiang and Yutai were normal distribution(P > 0.05).Weishan children's IQ was slightly lower than the contrast point(P < 0.01).
      Conclusion   In Shandong lakeside region, there were iodine deffciency areas, iodine suitable areas and iodine excess areas.They existed interlock as flack shape, range shape or spot shape.According to the actual situation, different methods should be taken to control the iodine excess and deficiency disorders.
