摩托车尾气致小鼠DNA损伤及精子畸形

摘要:目的 了解摩托车使用无铅汽油后其尾气对DNA的遗传毒性作用。方法 选用40只健康昆明种成年小鼠, 体重24.6g~36.3g, 平均体重为(30.50±5.12)g, 随机分为4组, 染毒组分别将摩托车尾气吸收液按1:2, 1:4, 1:16稀释后进行灌胃染毒, 每天一次, 每周5d, 共计40d。测定小鼠外周血淋巴细胞DNA单链的损伤以及精子畸形率的变化。结果 摩托车尾气可引起小鼠外周血淋巴细胞DNA单链断裂增加, 高浓度组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P < 0.01)。尾气染毒组可使成年雄性小鼠精子畸变率增高, 高浓度组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P < 0.05)。结论 摩托车使用无铅汽油其尾气对实验小鼠具有明显的遗传毒性作用。Abstract:Objective To research the DNA damage and semina deformity of motorbike exhaust using lead-free gasoline.Methods 40 mice were distributed in four groups randomly.The exposed groups were administrated by gavage with absorbent solution deluted by distilled water in 1:2, 1:4, 1:16, one time every day for 40 days.The DNA damage in the lymphocytes of blood and semina deformity rate in mice were detected.Results The motorbike exhaust caused by using lead-free gasoline could cause DNA single strand breaks in the lymphocytes of blood.There were higher significantly compared with the control group(P < 0.01).It could increase the frequency of semina deformity.There were significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The motorbike exhaust using lead-free gasoline had the genotoxicity.
